Q: Can I customize my bags?
A: Yes, of course. Our factory offer OEM&ODM service. All the bags
can be customized in logo,material, size, style, color and so on.
Q: Can I get free samples?
A: Yes, free samples can be customized based on your requests and
you only need to bare the express fee(about $30-$100) and mould fee
(if the samples need customize mould, we would inform you the cost
in advance).
Q: How long can I get my samples?
A: Usually, it takes 3-7 working days to finish the sample once you
confirmed sample information.Express time is about 3-5 days to the
destination.
Q: What is your MOQ?
A: Our MOQ is 500pcs usually, which depends on your products.
Q: What is your after-sale service when we found a quality issue?
A:We go for a root cause analysis first and then we come up with solutions such as product replacement or further discount.
Q: What is your payment?
A:We accept T/T, Paypal£¬Western Union.etc.If it is a large order, we recommend using a bank transfer.
Q: How long will it take for the bulk production?
A: Usually,35-50 days (shipping time is not included) when we received
30% deposit, depending on your order quantity.
